Always reliable which is key for me so I don’t worry about my cats when I am away. They also communicate visit status. On the website portal, I can check that the cat sitter stopped and and that the cats were okay, because each the cat sitter logs ecah visit. Also, when my regular cat sitters can’t make it, they let me know in advance that they are sending someone else. My cat sitter has also been a vet tech which gives me some extra peace of mind.
