The Alexandria Pet Care team has cared for our cats for 9+ years. When we are out of town, we don’t have any worries because we know they are in great hands! We get daily updates via the app, with pictures, which are so helpful and make us smile. The team also brings in the mail and keep an eye on the house. Everyone is friendly and clearly has a great love for animals. The admin team, including Elizabeth (the CEO), is the best–responsive, informative, friendly, and professional. Additionally, when we one of our cats passed away, we notified them and they responded with such kindness and support, even donating to an animal charity in our cat’s name.
