This service is really beyond amazing. They took wonderful care of my hamster, sending photos and a message update every time they visited. My beloved hamster passed very unexpectedly and I received a card from them and another card from the Alexandria Welfare Society saying they had made a donation in his name as a memorial. I was deeply touched and when I welcome a new hamster I will be returning very happily to their service.
