The Alexandria Pet Care team are amazing! I’ve been working with them for several years now, as they are the best to care for my two kitties when I’m not there. They are so supportive and responsive, always being flexible to meet my needs and helping out in a pinch when needed. I love the on-line portal, which allows me to communicate with the team, they can update me easily on any issues, and best of all, they post pictures of the cats which makes me smile when I’m missing them. I also appreciate that they take care to bring in mail, water plants, and just look after the house – especially appreciated during long visits. So grateful for their support!!
